My Skin Care Routine.

Maintaining a skin care routine can be hard sometimes. It’s really important to cleanse your face when you wake up in the morning and before going to bed. (Keep washing your face time to time with tap water if you feel the need. No need to repeat your skin care routine several times a day)

TIP: Keep your skincare routine as simple as possible.

MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE:

Cleansing:
If start off with washing my face with Pond’s pure white cleansing facial foam to get all the oil/impurities off of my skin. I love how it leaves my skin squeaky clean.

Exfoliating:
I don’t exfoliate my skin daily as it can be damaging. To get rid of all the dead skin build up, I use St.Ives blackhead eliminating apricot scrub. I’ve been very loyal to this scrub as it works wonders. I love it. (I use it three times a week).

I rub my toothbrush on my lips in circular motions to slough away the dead skin cells.

Moisturizing:
To soften and keep my skin hydrated I use Olay beauty fluid. For lips, I use lip smackers water melon lip balm or Vaseline cocoa butter.

Hydration:
I drink two glasses of water before breakfast as it is a therapy for a lot of diseases and skin problem
.

MY NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE:

Cleansing:
I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis but when I do I make sure to NEVER sleep before removing it. I use Ponds white beauty cleansing milk to gently and effectively remove of my make up followed by
Pond’s pure white cleansing facial foam wash to get completely rid of all the makeup still left on my face.

Toning:
Toning is essential to restore the pH value of your skin. I use the Ponds white beauty facial toner on my face and neck with the help of a cotton ball.

Moisturizing:
Again, I use
Olay beauty fluid to moisturize my face and my neck and I apply Vaseline on my lips.

Body:
As far is my body related, I keep my body moisturized with Vaseline Aloe fresh body moisturizing lotion.

TIP: Keep your towels and wash clothes clean to avoid transferring bacteria to your face and prevent breakout.

This is pretty much all I use for my skincare. Hope you enjoyed reading it and find it useful.

  1. You should try Alpha Skin Care products! We have AHA products (chemical exfoliant) that are a lot gentler on your skin and better through the winter. I blog for them over at AlphaSkinCare.wordpress.com
