It’s been a long time. I have been testing a few products lately slowly forming an opinion about them so I can share with you all. The product I have today is something that I cannot get enough of. It has been almost a year I have this in my stash and every time I use it, my jaw drops in awe. Today, under the spotlight, we have Inglot Cosmetics Freedom System Eyeshadow in “504”. Scroll down to read why I adore this eyeshadow.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
Eye shadow that contains special silicones and treated pigments. It boasts high lubricity and a silky touch combined with easy, smooth, long lasting, and crease resistant application.
The unique Freedom System allows you to mix and match products and colours to make your own custom designed palette of almost any size. All Freedom System palettes are eco-friendly and reusable. Products may be purchased with the palettes or individually.
The eyeshadow comes in two parts. One is the eyeshadow pan and the other is the magnetic eyeshadow pot meant to securely hold the pan. The reason it comes in two parts is because Inglot has larger magnetic palettes where you can just attach the pan of the color of your choice and customize your own palette. The lid of the eyeshadow pot is made of good quality foggy glass with magnets attached at the diagonal ends. The pot is made of high quality plastics also with magnets attached at diagonal ends. Since the pot is reusable it makes the product environment friendly. The lid does not open easily while traveling, however it may slide off if more pressure is exerted.
The first thing I noticed about this product upon swatching was its pigmentation. The eyeshadow is densely pigmented and buttery smooth. It literally glides on the lids like a dream without tugging or appearing chalky. On the lids it might appear translucent without primer if you are a “one layer of eyeshadow” person like me. It does not settle into the crease or fine lines of the eyelids and lasts for a really long time even without an eye primer. I wore it at a wedding as smudged eyeliner and it lasted the whole function. The shade “504” is a glittery sea green color that brings out the warmth of my brown eyes. The eyeshadow creates no fall out in the pan or during application.
PRICE & AVAILABILITY:
