It is a basic wooden pencil that represents the color of the product. It has a clear cap with a built in sharpener. The packaging makes it travel friendly as you don’t have to carry a separate sharpener with it.

QUALITY:

Formulation wise, this pencil is super creamy and glides across the eyelids easily without tugging. It has an intense and even color payoff. Only one swipe is enough to create an intense and smooth line. Even though it is very soft and creamy but it does not smudge or bleed. It dries completely matte and fades away evenly with time. It takes about 5 hours for it to break down and fade but it depends upon the weather too. It might fade away faster in very humid weather. I searched on the internet for the ingredients used in this eye pencil and found out it contains parabens therefore, I would not recommend using it on the waterline. I wouldn’t call this a water proof eye liner but it can bear a few water splashes and sweat. The sharpener attached with the cap is of good quality and handy as well.

Over all, the eye liner pencil is great for everyday use. It is affordable and good quality. I am super impressed with the softness and pigmentation. Longevity is also remarkable considering the price. If you want lots of eyeliners in different and vibrant colors then definitely stock up on these.
