This fruit is as beneficial as delicious it is. Eating this gift of God can make your skin beautiful and your body healthy.
Mango has high contents of vitamin A, C and B naturally.

I love mango and this face pack I swear by,
Take 2 table spoons of mango pulp, 1 tea spoon of rosewater, 1 table spoon of honey and 1 table spoon of yogurt.
Mix the ingredients well until it becomes creamy, and then apply it to your face for at least fifteen minutes. Rinse off with water thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.
You will feel your skin baby soft and very fresh.
