As the summer is just around the corner, we all want to show off our feet in flip flops at the beach and in classy stilettos at the parties … right?
Follow this basic guide to beautiful, Soft and Attractive feet.
First thing is first… “Always wear flip flops or any flat footwear at home.”
Walking bare foot on floor sometimes feels relaxing, but it’s not healthy for your feet. I personally don’t like walking bare foot … not even two steps.
We have 100 pros of walking barefooted on grass. On the other hand, we have 1000 cons of walking bare foot on floors and carpets too. It dries out the heels and can cause blisters.
Tip number 2… “Avoid Heels”
Yes ladies! It may sounds like a sin but, do avoid heels. Don’t just completely abstain from them but, minimal use of it is better.
Why?? Because high heels can cause permanent deformity of metatarsals forming a tumor between them.
But don’t worry! Flats will always make you look as cute as the girl next door :).
Remedy no. 1: “Socks & Vaseline”
This is the most effective way to have nicer, softer and smoother feet. Before going to bed, apply a generous amount of Vaseline to the dry areas of your feet and slip on a pair of cotton socks. Make sure they are not dirty and smelly. After a few nights, your feet will be noticeably softer and smoother and ready for summer.
Remedy no. 2: “Soak your feet in Salt water”
Take a tub, fill it with lukewarm water and add some salt in it. Then, soak your feet into the water for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, rinse your feet properly and apply your favorite lotion. Yes! Easy as that.
Remedy No. 3: “Scrub Scrub Scrub”
Exfoliation will remove dead skin and will eliminate micro-organisms that cause infection and bad odor. Dispense a good amount of foot scrub on your fingers and massage your foot in circular motions. Concentrate more on the fingers and heels.
Rinse off the scrub and pat dry with a towel. Finish off with applying your favorite lotion and you are done 🙂

I would recommend using “Lemon & Sage Foot Scrub” by Freeman.
